currently i am using 7.1.8 version of PEGA and i have requirement like send a report definition daily at given time on the basis of status resolved-completed using agent and activity. Activity is working fine but agent not triggering a mail at given time.

I hope you can directly use the scheduling a report option directly for this requirement. Can I know if you are using Advanced agent or Standard? Can you please let us know if you find any error in logs? Is your activity enabled for Allow direct invocation from the client or a service option in the Security tab.
