Service Email Rule
In Service Email Rule, in the response tab, if there is any service exception or data mapping an email is sent out by default to the person who has sent out an email. How to stop this to be sent to that person and instead send this email out to a distribution group?
When you use the Accelerator to generate email services, it configures the following outbound data mappings on the Response tab:
The value for the From field is taken from the .pyInboundEmail.pyTo property.
The value for the Subject field comes from the Work-.EmailHeader HTML stream rule. It uses the text from the original email subject (pyInboundEmail.pySubject).
The body of the response message comes from the Work-.EmailResponse HTML rule. This rule generates a simple thank-you message that provides the work object ID for the new work object (created by the service processing) and includes the message data from the original email.
You can edit the stream rules or change the outbound mapping as necessary.
If value of From field(Response Mapping Tab ) is changed then, the email sender is value mentioned in this field and not the Email Recipient.Our requirement is to send the email to the different distribution group. Any ideas on this are welcomed
