Service Level Agent
Hi Team - We are performing a uplift from 7.1 to 7.4 for Pega this weekend. During the uplift, we don't need any new cases to be processed when the 7.4 jvms are brought up during the initial validation. But what we have observed, as soon as the new 7.4 jvms are brought up, the Pega OOTB agent Service Level agent starts picking up the SLA cases and processes it out. Is there a way where it can stopped and prevented from processing any cases?

Well it's nothing that I've tried before.
But there is a prconfig entry which appears to turn off agents: -
<env name="agent/enable" value="false" />
If it's quick for you to stop/start your 7.4 environment, I'd suggest that you try this, then see if you can disable the agent in the UI. And if so, then try reverting or removing the setting from the prconfig.xml
