Service Level - Call Flow in Escalation

If there is a requirement to trigger a flow as a Spin-Off flow on SLA escalation, the OOTB option of calling a flow "Call Flow" doesn't work. It triggers the flow correctly but seeks the next assignment/flow/stage once the flow ends and often results in FlowProblems.

So, in order to spin-off a new flow in the escalation action, create an activity with the step method "Flow-New" and refer this activity in the SLA rule. This will trigger the flow as a spin-off. When the called flow ends, that process ends and doesn't search for the next flow/stage etc.
