Service Level Event Agent

HI Team,

We have SLA agent running for our application based on pega 7.1.17 ver and we see agent is not lifting cases timely Would need your expertise if youcan help how can we trouble the same.

Sometime I see agent keep running from last 1 day, is there any way to track the issue for resolution.
