Service Level Event agent doesn't adjust time intervals after server restart
Is there a way to automatically adjust the timelines after server restart for SLA,
For example: If I want the user to complete the task with in 5 days from the creation of Assignment. If server gets shutdown with in these 5 days, let's say on 3rd day.. on 4th day he would be seeing 1 day left , but user didn't perform action on the assignment as server was down. How to adjust the SLA automatically in these scenarios?
