I can see email is beint sent to mailbox, but my case is not moving based on the response. Accepted Solution Posted: 3 years agoInfo.Sunil CIBC replied to Info.SunilIssue was with my email listener. So I logged into SMA and restarted my email listner which actually resolved the issue.
