We are on Pega CDH 8.6 and have multiple channels enabled (Call Center, Mobile and Web). We want to have a simulation setup for each channel independently (i.e., run simulation for one channel at a time and make sure no actions from other channels impacting the prioritization). What's the best way to implement this in 8.6? We can do it by having three versions of top level strategy and restricting the treatments/actions by channel, but is there a way where we can configure the simulation by channel with out modifying the top level or NBA Framework Strategy? Any pointers will be helpful.
