Single Sign-ON (SSO) using NTLM
We have a requirement to establish Pega login Single Sign-On (SSO) via NTLM protocol. We are found documentation for Kerberos SSO and SAML SSO but not NTLM SSO. Can someone advise whether NTLM SSO is possible? If it is possible, please advise the details on how it can be done.
SSO via NTLM protocol will of course work. The setup is done outside of the Pega Platform and the container, Web Application Server, you are using is handling the authentication. From a Pega Platform side you can just use Container Managed Authentication
You should be looking/researching how to setup NTLM for the Web Application Server you are using.
Once you get that configured properly then you can start to look at using the our OTB Servlet for container managed authentication /PRServletContainerAuth. There will probably be configuration required in our web.xml but what configuration depends on the Web Application Server you are using as well.
