In our application, we are setting the SLA goal, deadline times through a property. While setting the value of this property we could see the date is getting set correctly. But the goal time escalation activity is getting triggered the next day. As an example : The goal time is set on 20190712 (we could see in audit history), but the goal activity fired on 20190713.
Can you please let me know how we can check why this goal time activity is getting triggered the next day?
It is not happening for all the cases but few cases.
