SLA for pickupman
I am creating an online laundry application. In it customer enters the pickupdate and pickuptime when the pickup man should come to pickup clothes.After Admin approves the request the assigment is routed to Pickupman.How to do SLA for this?
Also there is another requirement where Customer may update to increase the preferred before 12hours of previously requested timelines. HOw to do this?

You wan to nofity pickup map man about pickup time. If yes you can send email notification to pickup man once admin is approve the request with pickup date and time and also you can setup sla on view pickup garments assigment. In SLA goal and dead line you can define properties. Calculate the time on approval like pickuptime-1 hr for first notification as goal time set on goal property and actual time you can keep on dead line property for send notification and escalation.
