SLA Working and Execution
Hi Team, Could any one explain how the escalations in SLA execute after specific time mentioned in SLA rule, and on what context the when rule and the escalation action mentioned will be executed after that time. And when we give recurring for passed deadline how the when rule in escalation actions will be evaluated (It means whether it will be checking every time escalation has been triggered? or only once).
