At this point the best possible solution is to use IE Tab plugins on Chrome/Firefox in case there is no access to IE. Perhaps the DOM written previously was not supported on chrome as I see below error everytime I clicked on the node link on SMA. I was not able to find 'frames' in the source heirarchy.
