I have seen this artical many many times. I just want to know is there any further development from pega side on this (this cannot be implemented for each and every country across the world as per aritical. I think we need a service provider which provide such service for most of the country/region across the world).
Do we need to integrate our system to such a third party system which provide or have tie up with most of the world service provider across the world, so that we can connect to third party system with https/soap in this way they can send message on our behalf? does anybody has ever implemented it or faced such type of requirement?
For inbound messages does pega have capabiltiy to confirm is message delivered or if someone is sending message to local/configured number, does pega have capability to recognize this and capture details to system?
I know language part can be handled using Localization Wizard; i dont think so circumstance is a better option. can you please share your comment on the same? and Can you please share your idea on how to implement it using circumstance (piece of code) if would be helpful if it is simple and inline with what i am looking for?
Thank you for your patience on this. After speaking to our specialists it was discovered that Pega does not have an OOTB feature for what you're requesting. You would need to obtain an aggregator like Twilio or Tropo to accomplish what you wish.
