SR-B57616: SLA agent is processing cases very slow
Could you suggest a db query or an activity rule that looks at each queue item in broken queue, and checks whether the work corresponding to that item is already complete, and then deletes that queue item.
Seems at present there is no particular tool available for removing queue items that correspond to completed work. So we need either a db query or activity rule as having hundreds of thousands of queue items is not a healthy situation.
