We are having an issue with our email account. It is telling us that we need a cert for SSL even though in our other environments, we did not import any cert for SSL. I have attached a picture of the error. The email account was working last week but now it keeps bringing up this error. We have spoken with our tech arch team and they do not know of any cert for SSL. Any help will be appreciated.

Yes, I do have that checked. And when I spoke with our Tech Arch team, which do the import of any certs, they do not know of any cert for SSL. They just had the port opened up for the server and it worked that way before we got this error for our other environments.
