Start Interrogation iexplore.exe failed, 8.0.1110.0
Robotics Studio version 8.0.1110.0
Windows 10 update 1809.
Due to corporate policy, it will take about two months to get a newer version of Robotics Studio installed. I don't have local admin rights so I can't test to see if a newer version will fix the issue. Please advise what I should do to get interrogation working again.
I believe Windows 1809 is your problem. It contains updates that make using IE with that old version of Robotics no longer possible. If you cannot upgrade your Studio to a more recent version, then uninstalling that build of Windows should resolve the issue. I suspect that for you, doing that would be harder than upgrading Studio. If you do upgrade, be sure to grab the latest version of 19.1, as it will have the most up-to-date fixes and features.
Since your version is over a year old and support for 1809 was released less than a year ago, I am pretty sure that is the problem. From the release notes page;
Build 8.0 SP1 2017 — RLS-9637 — January 28, 2019
EPIC-36471
This hotfix adds support for Windows 10 version 1809.
Requires Pega Native Foundation version 18091.
