Stopping the SLA
I have a requirement to stop the sla for the cases which were last updated some n number of days back. The cases are basically being used in a report . Is there a way we can stop the SLA for the cases which were last updated some n number of days back.

I believe you can achieve it by changing the status and take it to a different assignment level where there is no SLA involved. For example: consider you are one assignment A1 having SLA of X days and if you want to resume it then move it to assignment A2 which doesn't have a SLA.
Is it an overall work object SLA or an assignment SLA? If it is an overall work object SLA, it would use the OverallSLA flow. You could test calling ResumeFlow for the OverallSLA flow and run the RemoveSLA flow action.
