This content references Pega Express in regards to App Studio. The Pega Express product was renamed “App Studio” starting in v8.

Submitted cases are not visible in Pega Express Portal

We have a new application "Club" developed/deployed. With this application, Pega Express portal is not showing the cases that have been submitted/run.

Please note that this functionality works fine with NGDP2 application in the same environment.
We are currently using Pega 7.2.1
This happens to all users.
