System Architect Essentials v8: Assistance request not working
My course is not listed but I am taking the System Architect Essentials course for version 8. I am working in the provided exercise system on the first exercise -- Configuring a case type.
I have followed the given instructions to completion twice and am still getting an error when I run my case.
These are the instructions given:
I get to the first step and click 'done' but I never get the option of choosing 'no' on the next screen. I have tried to change the stage and but I get "Local actions are available only when you are performing the assignment" error.
I'm not sure what this error means or even how to fix it so that I am back on track.
Could you provide a screen capture of what you see after you click Done? Do you see the Enter customer information user view? I have attached a screenshot of what you should see after clicking Done.
