TAR file Deployment through PRPCUtils
Hi, We are using product version. PRPC 6.2 SP1. I'm trying to deploy a .tar file through prpcUtils.sh and getting below error.
Error reading archive PEGA_SHARED_DEV_J2EE_BUILD_1_0_tset.tar com.pega.pegarules.pub.clipboard.PegaArchiveException: PegaArchiveException PRRuleMgmtUtils.createArchiveForRead(PRFile) PegaArchiveException PegaArchiveAbstract.PegaArchiveAbstract(PRFile, Properties, boolean, int) The provided file is not valid. Make sure it does not contain spaces! From: (unknown) BUILD FAILED /Pega/install/scripts/utils/prpcUtils.xml:455: Java returned: 1 Total time: 5 minutes 17 seconds Ant Process return a non 0 value The tar file contains 100+ jar files.
We are trying to eliminate updating prpcUtils.properties file with the comma separated file path values of 100+ jar files. Is there any limitations on the file format which prpcUtils.sh can read? And what are all the accepted formats?

checked the latest 7.2.1 release, the only non-pega specific archive type we support is the basic java jar file type. But I agree that the support of tar file type would be a great enhancement request.
