We upgraded to 7.9 with CSi FW 7.1.4. Now i have to enable this feature in CPMInteractionPortal, i dont see any such Plugin tool available ? Can any one guide me how to get this added in to CPMInteractionPortal ? Is this what you are referring to?I am unaware of any wizard or tool that allows manager to do this from the portal. It needs to be done in Designer Studio.
