tenant id in log4j2.xml not printing in log
Below tenant id in OOTB prpc843 log4j2.xml is not printing in the log file ; could you help us what prerequisites we need to configure? Do we need to add tenatid as jvm argument ?
pattern="%d [%20.20t] [%10.10X{pegathread}] [%20.20X{tenantid}] ...
I replace the tenanted {tenantid} with my custom jvm argument like ${sys:appjvm} at run time but still it’s not capturing ; could you please help us
@MarcLasserre_GCS thanks for your response ; but it dont have details regarding tenant id ; default log4j2.xml contains the mapping of tenant id but at run time to capture please let me know what other config changes we need to do ; thanks for your support
All , customized log4j2.xml by adding custom jvm arguments instead of tenantid and able to resolve the pb ; but if pega systems provide what pre requisites we need to fullfil for tenantid it will be help us to use OOTB
