I believe this has a solution and Pega GCS can provide that for you. Please raise an SR for obtain the RAP file that would help you with this issue. Let us know the SR number here so that I could help you out further.
This issue was resolved by applying a patch from Pega. Please create an SR with Pega Global Customer Support to obtain this solution. Please mention the URL of this post for faster analysis and resolution!
I would suggest that you check in the Pega-RULES log file at the time Fri Aug 04 23:14:35 IST 2017 to see what the actual issue is. Secondly, this thread is rather old and suggest you create a new thread for your issue and provide the log file on that new thread.
