Posted: 4 years agoKevinZheng_GCS PEGA replied to aviNash2208Since pega 7.1.8, the doc generation is done using docx4j on the server side - OOTB. So yes, it is possible. What is your prpc version now? suggest upgrade if possible. Posted: 4 years agoaviNash2208 Mphasis replied to KevinZheng_GCSHi Kevin,We are using Pega v7.1.8.We are able to generate the document but the correspondence and other property references are NOT populating in the generated document.There is another discussion which says that a HOTFIX (HFIX-24080) is required to generate word document in 2010 format.Re: Generated application documentation file (MS Word) was corrupt in PRPC version 7.1.8.Have raised an SR for the same.Once the hotfix is complete, I will try generating the document again to check if the issue persists.
