Threshold-error-too-many-records-retrieved

After upgrade from Pega 8.1.4 to 8.3.2 we receive the error message "...too many records retrieved.." when we are running a campaign. The threshold is 375. We could track this to a single data type were can have up to 3000 entries for one key. I found this article which describes a same or similar problem.

As we have only very few keys with a hight amount of entries. There should be no performance issues caused by increasing the threshold value.

Our environments are in the pega cloud. I was looking for the DSS but found no entry with a similar name (see attachment). Do I have to create a new entry in the DSS? What would be the exact 'owning ruleset' and 'setting purpose'? Do I have to request any changes in the prconfig.xml by the cloud team?
