Timezones showing as GMT +/- XX:XX instead of AEST/EST
We are seeing a strange behavior with the timezone display. Actual timezones aren't displaying but instead getting displayed as GMT + 10:00 (See attached screenshot). We are using Tomcat+PostgreSQL. This works fine if I login with firstname.lastname@example.org ID.
I already have an SR open for this, but checking if anyone had the same issue.

From the SR, I see that you are using Pega 7.3 and product specialist is consulted.
I tried replicating the issue in-house by setting the operator's locale to Australia:Sydney; however, this is not replicable and I do see the correct timezone. Refer the below screenshot with the outcome showing the time in AEST and configuration setting for the dateTime control:
Did you test the behavior by setting JVM argument: -Duser.timezone=Australia/Sydney on the server?
