toggling a chat interaction
Hi,
are there any OOTB capabilities to toggle a chat interaction tab in CPM when chat request send from multiple chat window, for example I have 2 chat windows chat window 1 and chat window 2 and 2 chat interactions created CI-100 and CI-200. when I chat something from chat window 1 then focus should automatically toggle to CI-100 and when I chat from chat window 2 then focus should toggle to CI-200.
Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

This is not possible OOTB and i think it will be confusing to the CSR if we toggle between interactions when the messages are coming from multiple customers at the same.
