Tracking Emails that are delivered in the Spam folders
We are currently doing a Migration from other Email Marketing platforms, some OOTB features that they have, seem to be hard to find or require some customization within the Pega Marketing portal.
Specifically, we are looking to track the following for Email marketing campaigns :
Spam -Tracking Emails that are delivered in the Spam folders
Scoring refers to measuring the interest level of an individual. Score is calculated based on a number of criteria, including email clicks, web form submissions, visits, page views, link clicks and file downloads.
Emails that fall into the Spam folder (Including junk mail folder) ; Manually moving the email from Inbox to Spam folder is not part of this count.
If there have been similar implementations? Please let us know how they have been configured?
