Specifically,Average bandwidth requirement per userPeak bandwidth requirement per userI realise this might be a 'piece of string' question, but can anyone suggest any answers that might give a reasonable picture. I might like to answer with,What is the minimum bandwidth below which the ootb Pega CS application would be unusable? 200 KBps?What bandwidth might support some of the more intensive operations and a meaningful SLA? 5 MBps?Any suggestions gratefully received.***Edited by Moderator Marissa to update SR Details*** Pega Customer Service SR Exists ×Close popoverFacebookTwitterLinkedinEmail Copy Link Copied! Also,if you run a call center that uses VoIP to connect with customers, your bandwidth needs will be very high; I have seen one customer running with 3MBps bandwidth both up and down to handle just one call at a time for their CSR. They used to have moderately rich UX and not so many customization.
