Unable to Access

Hi,

I am getting following error while accessing the PEGA trial URL-

"The request did not go through. You might not be a valid user on this system. Please use Platform Trial to signup for your personal trial."

Please assist me.

Hi Mayank,


Have you signed up for trials more than once using different email ids? Each environment is provisioned for a specific user and it wont work for others. If you have more than one trial instance setup, please try opening them in a different browser session so that there wont be a conflict. Hope this helps.
