Unable to access/find the Report Browser
I'm currently trying to create a report as part of the BA Essentials course, and I am unable to continue with the case study as I can't find anywhere on Pega Express or Studio Designer where to access the Report Browser.
Having a browse on the forums, I saw that the Report Browser can be accessed to the Case Management Portal, yet I can't figure out how to access that either.
Is anyone able to point me in the right direction?

I'm enrolled in the 7.4, 7.3 version. My Pega Express looks exactly as the screenshot attached in the other reply.

Facing the same issue with pega express (exercise system for BA 7.3,7.4 course). Screenshot attached.
Have you tried expanding your browser to full screen and reducing your magnification?
If you are zoomed out too far only the design-time panel on the far left is drawn; the inner left-hand run-time control panel is not drawn.

Thanks for getting back. But does the inner left-hand run-time control panel is the one that shows icon for cases, data, users and settings? If so, am I expecting the reports icon below it?
If that is the case, than the report icon does not exist in the panel.
I tried expanding to full screen but still the report button/icon was nowhere to be found.
Did you also decrease the Zoom setting in your browser?

I've tried all of those tips, and even tried accessing using different devices and I still have the same problem, nothing is appearing on that panel.
Perhaps create a case by clicking on "Case types" then clicking "Save and run".
You are, after all, using Pega Express which is a design-time portal. Any case that you create would be throw-away anyway.
in Production, a user's Access Group would be configured to use a run-time portal such as pyCaseManager7.

Go to "Personnalize the dashboard"
Then click "Add widget" and tick "Case Manager Shortcut"

Hi, Similarly to the previous posters, are you missing the vertical menu on the left that includes the report icon (I've drawn a box around this icon in the attached screenshot)? If you've tried adjusting the browser window size and the other suggestions listed in the comments above with no luck, try contacting SelfStudySupport@pega.com

that's just what I can not do. This tab shows Reports.
Click Reports. That will get you to the report browser.
