Unable to access/find the Report Browser
I'm currently trying to create a report as part of the BA Essentials course, and I am unable to continue with the case study as I can't find anywhere on Pega Express or Studio Designer where to access the Report Browser.
Having a browse on the forums, I saw that the Report Browser can be accessed to the Case Management Portal, yet I can't figure out how to access that either.
Is anyone able to point me in the right direction?
Thanks for getting back. But does the inner left-hand run-time control panel is the one that shows icon for cases, data, users and settings? If so, am I expecting the reports icon below it?
If that is the case, than the report icon does not exist in the panel.
I tried expanding to full screen but still the report button/icon was nowhere to be found.
Hi, Similarly to the previous posters, are you missing the vertical menu on the left that includes the report icon (I've drawn a box around this icon in the attached screenshot)? If you've tried adjusting the browser window size and the other suggestions listed in the comments above with no luck, try contacting SelfStudySupport@pega.com
