Unable to Add new contact - Pega Customer Service 7.3.1

Trying to define a new contact under the create menu. The screen renders blank and on submit throws the following error.

  • The Flow Action post-processing activity AppNewContact failed: Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY' with the name 'APPMAPCONTACTPARTYDETAILS' that applies to 'PegaCA-Interface-Contact'. There were 2 rules with this name in the rulebase, but none matched this request. The 2 rules named 'APPMAPCONTACTPARTYDETAILS' defined in the rulebase are:
  • 2 unrelated to applies-to class 'PegaCA-Interface-Contact', for example: {PegaCA-Party-Contact, PegaApp-Work-}.
Please advise.

I dont want to use the default contact Sara Connor for my use case. Hence trying to define new contacts and accounts. This is new version of Pega customer service 7.3.1 that was recently downloaded. I also tried the same with the virtual machine for customer service provided by PEGA. I get the same error.
