Regards, Vikash Posted: 2 years agoHOULJ PEGA replied to SomnathSarAccording to what I could find, you may need to be using SMTPS when you do this. Depending on your version of Pega, the checkbox in the outbound area of your Email Account record will say "Use SMTPS" or "Use SSL. Try checking that, saving, and attempting the connection again. Actually I was on my company network and the Firewall was stopping from connecting to the Email server. It is corrected now. Thanks for your support.
