Can you try connecting between the systems using cmd or putty/terminal. Fixing the connectivity here should automatically resolve the issue in pega. Regards, Ujjwal Posted: 2 years agoPradeepPydi Anthem replied to UjjwalShukla_GCSHi Ujjwal, Thanks for the response.Connectivity is good but still facing the issue. Do we need to invoke "Connect FTP" via FTP server rule to copy a file from Windows to Linux ? Last time we had similar kind of issues with SFTP implementation and "WaikeiKwok_GCS and Jeff Houle from PegaSystems" helped us out. Hi Moderators, Could you please roue this post to WaikeiKwok_GCS and Jeff Houle (PegaSystems). Thank you. Posted: 2 years agoPradeepPydi Anthem replied to HOULJHi, Although Client Key value has been added,we could still find the Connect to FTP server : Fail (Although connectivity exists between the windows and Linux server). Posted: 2 years agoHOULJ PEGA replied to PradeepPydiIs this what you see when clicking "Test connectivity" on the FTP Server form? Does the actual FTP server have any logs to tell you what happened?
