Unable to download the completed certificates from PDN
Hello,
Per the instructions from Pega, I'm trying to download the certifications which I have cleared earlier and I'm not able to do so. I get the error: There has been an issue; please consult your system administrator while downloading the certificate. Could someone please help me downloading the certificates?

We are currently experiencing an issue with the downloading of .pdf certificates and with certifications not displaying in transcripts. The Pega Academy support team is working to resolve the issue. Please try downloading your .pdf certificate later this week. If you are not able to view/download your .pdf certificate by Monday, please email certification@pega.com.
