Unable to find Phones and Tablets groups - Customer Decision Hub -Pega Decisioning Consultant Training
As part of the given exercise ( Customer Decision Hub in the Pega Decisioning Consultant training ), I tried to access the Phones and Tablets groups in the Sales business issues in the hierarchy which was supposedly already created with 2 properties Price and Cost.
I am supposed to add 2 propositions, iPhone and Galaxy to the existing Phones group. But I could not find either of the groups Phones or Tablets. So I tried adding a group called Phones to the Sales business issue, it says created but neither does it show up in the hierarchy later after saving, nor do I have the opportunity to add properties called Price and Cost. I presume the 2 groups should have already existed. Did I miss locating them? Please help. Unable to proceed in creating Strategy Canvas.
Can you please mention the exact course name, version and the exercise you are trying to complete?
Generally, all our exercises are well tested and you should be able to complete them as described in the exercise steps. If you get stuck, you can also view the solution video, which you can find at the bottom of the every exercise.
Now I guess I figured out the reason. The exercise asks me to do the steps (of adding iPhone and Galaxy) in the interactive video( Show Me How To Manage Propositions) , but not in the actual cloud exercise environment given by Pega . I did that in the interactive video and I am trying to replicate the same in the cloud but I did not see the Phones group. And obviously it does not move further.
If my above understanding is right, I apologize for the trouble thank you for your effort to guide me.
Ok, I got it. Yes, that one is an interactive exercise only. For future reference, if you see a "Challenge me*", then it's an interactive exercise. If you see a "Let me*", then it's an exercise you can complete on the cloud-based exercise system.
