Unable to install Personal Edition 8.3
I am unable to install Personal Edition 8.3. PFA for your reference. Please solve this one as soon as possible

I get the same issues as noted above. One shortcut installed. I can (almost!) log on as the administrator@pega.com. It looks like it wants to open Dev Studio, but hangs. As the application is starting up, I see a bunch of Kafka-related errors. See attached.
