Unable to invoke automation from PEGA personal edition.

Unable to invoke automation from PEGA personal edition. I have made all the configuration as mentioned in the attached doc. Still it is throwing the error "Unable to invoke robotic automation from this screen. The automation service is either unavailable or this system is not authorized to execute automations. You have the option of either quitting or continuing with your work flow."

I have tried to re-install it multiple times. But it is not helping me out.

Please help me out as early as possible.
