I am unable to log in to Predicting Customer Behavior Exercises? I have tried the 'customer1' user name and 'password' as the password and get an invalid error? is there another password that should be used?
J'essaye de me connecter pour faire l'exercice Configuration d’une règle d’accord de niveau de service (SLA). J'utilise bien le lien de la page d'exercice et le login / mdp fournis, mais message d'erreur systématique.
I didn't know this has been a long-standing issue. I raised a Support Request yesterday. Apparently, the server was timing out, so it was rebooted. It's back up; however, each click is taking between 5 to fifteen minutes to process. I've now finished all the course content, but would like to complete the last five exercises, plus the final build at the end before I take the exam :-)
We are experiencing technical difficulties with the cloud-based exercise environment. We have limited this course to the VM-based exercise environment until the cloud-based environment is fully operational.
