Unable to login to Cordiant Marketing Director with Administrator
I am not sure what had happened. Out of the blue, I am not able to login to Cordiant Marketing Director as Administrator. I am able to see the "Connection" as CMSP, i.e. my front end is able to communicated with the server, but I am unable to login.
Please advise what should I do to revert the situation.
Its good to know that you can now able to login to the Marketing Director. Based on the screenshot it is difficult to predict what could have happen. But the error message (-1005) if confirmed from the log if it is ORA-1005 then the password you have supplied is incorrect. The password might have went as NULL. If you face the similar issue again in future you can capture the TCP dump that would help to investigate data being sent from client to server.
