Unable to login into Pega Mobile App
While trying to logging into Pega Mobile App we are getting this error - Authentication Response from Server is not valid.
It is also generating security event exceptions (see attachment). I have tried with both the configurations of enabling and disabling offline support.
Also it has been observed , that if left idle for few hours and then tried, it does allow logging and use of the application but again logs out after some time.
What could be the possible issues?

The security events in the attached log seem to be regarding "access group changed" and "role changed". Please check the operator's access group and role configuration, and be sure that it matches up to what is configured for your mobile channel. Depending on what version of Pega you are on, there will be different spots to check this.
