Unable to open cloud instance for exercises
I am undergoing the Certified Pega Marketing Consultant course (v7.4). For the last week or so I am unable to open the cloud instance that is used for exercises. Whenever I click on "Open Cloud Instance" I get a Network Error (screenshot attached). I was not facing this problem with my earlier courses and this seems to have surfaced only recently.
Can you please help?

I have to say I did not see this error before, and there were no changes on our side. So few troubleshooting ideas:
1. Can you properly reach and browse https://community.pega.com/ ?
2. Did you try to request an exercise system with different browsers?
3. Did you try from homenetwork and/or from the company network?
4. Can you try from a different laptop to log in and request a cloud instance?
5. Do you get any popup blocked errors?
