Unable to pass Header for connect-SOAP

We are facing issues when passing Authentication token as Request header for invoking Connect-SOAP rule. The request header is passed as XML stream where token is generated to act as authentication. When the SOAP service is invoked, even though the request header is passed, we see Blank token generated in Response.

Any thoughts on this issue will be appreciated.
