Question
Unable to publish Robotic packages to Pega server
Hello Team,
Can you please let me know, why do I see these errors when I tried to deploy an automation package to Pega server instance.
1. Installed Robotic Studio
2. Installed Robotic Manager
3. Configured User access to Robotic Studio
but unable to publish due to below
| ConnectionManagerService.GetAccessTokenExpiration: No access token cached yet for server PegaDevServer. Returning expired time.
ERROR | 2019-11-02 13:54:09,128 | 1 | 1 | 18664 | STA | OSS | | | PackageServerClient.DeployPackageToServer: Failed uploading package and config file, unexpected response status code: NotFound
Am I missing something here? Anything to do with Pega Robotic Automation Importer?
Is it mandatory to do the setup or how does it work for RDA and RPA?
Please help!
Pega Robotic Automation Importer is (at a really basic-level) a way to re-use existing RPA bots in other case flows and is not required or involved in the deployment process. Your issue is likely a mis-configuration. When you setup server connectivity in Studio, were you able to successfully test the connection? When you installed Studio, did you specific the correct package server? If not, you'll need to edit the StudioConfig.xml in your %AppData% folder (it will be in the OpenSpan folder in earlier version or in the Pegasystems folder in 19.1) and restart Studio. From your message it seems like your Pega server is incorrec, so I would assume when you test connectivity, it will fail there.
