Unable to Reject work case
I am working in production team. We got an incident/ticket that describes work case need to be rejected. I am unable to reject work case by using reject tool. I am getting an error message as "Please consult system Administrator" while rejecting. When i looked at tracer i can see that Obj-Save got failed and in fail message i can see that "Pr-exception". Can you please help me how to reject these type of work cases. I can see there are no flows able for this case. Thanks.
My dev team is not accepting to raise SR because it is not an technology issue. Can you please suggest how to reject these type of work cases/work objects.
We tried following
1. Tried to reject work case by using reject option
2. Tried to reject work case forcefully by using an activity
3. We changed the status of work obj from "Open" to "Resolved-SystemSupport" by using clipboard and then we tried reject. We got success message after reject but, when we refresh the screen the status of work case showing as "Open"
