Unable to Reply

Since almost 2 months, I have this problem that I am unable to reply and incoming email since once I hit Reply, it won't let me type my response/ What can I do? I am a traveler counselor that needs to help cases through emails and be able to reply back to every mail that comes in the VIP box.
