Unable to retrieve active key from Interaction Manager
I am trying to run an automation by passing the zipcode from windows form to the web application and search for the corresponding address. I do that by starting an Activity Interaction with the Customer number as the key.
But i am not able to retrieve the active key from Interaction Manager. Instead I always get "NULL" value for active key.
Can anyone please help?
