Unable to Search Resolved cases from Case Manager Portal
In 7.3.1 version, I am not able to find Resolved-Completed cases when I search from Case Manager Search Text Box. I have checked the filter is "All Work", but the search is not listing the case even if I enter exact Case-ID or any other text present in the case. It would be of great help if anybody throws light on what could be the issue.
