Unable to see any connection for PegaCTI client in the CTI server
Currently we have a functional PegaCall functionality in our appliaction. We are now trying to connect to another CTI server.
We modified the CHANNELSERVICES-ADMIN-CTILINK instance with the new IP address (primary host) along with the peripheral ids and ports.
CTI team is unable to see any connection for PegaCTI client in the new CTI server, although the connection is showing in the old server. Is there anywhere else where the changes have to be made from Pega end?
